The course is entirely self-paced, so the timeline varies per student. However, based on our experience, most students complete the full program within 10 to 12 months.

If you receive accreditation for prior coursework, your timeline may be shorter depending on how many modules are credited.

If you are based in Quebec: You will receive a Diploma in Naturopathy (N.D.) upon graduation. This allows you to:

  1. Register with the top naturopathic associations in Quebec
  2. Obtain a professional license
  3. Provide insurance receipts for client reimbursement
  4. Be recognized by all major insurers in the province

If you are an International student: You will receive a Board Certified Naturopathic Health Coach Certificate, which may be used in accordance with the regulations of your province, state, or country.

Yes! If you’ve taken previous training or related coursework, we offer the option to apply for course accreditation. This may allow you to bypass certain modules and reduce your overall cost and time. Contact us to see if your background qualifies and to explore custom course bundles.

To successfully complete each module and the full program, you must achieve a minimum passing grade of 80% on all assessments and you will be able to retake the assessments as many times as you need until you pass and able to move on to the next module. Our goal is to watch you all succeed and move forward. It is about learning and not just grading.

If you plan to practice in Quebec, it’s important to understand the following scope of practice restrictions:

  1. Diagnosis is reserved for licensed medical professionals only. Naturopaths are not permitted to diagnose any condition.
  2. Prescriptions are also restricted to medical doctors. As a naturopath, you may only recommend or suggest, not prescribe.
  3. Drug and supplement interactions are taught within the Nutraceuticals module, which includes extensive information. Additionally, most professional associations offer free online drug interaction databases as part of their licensing support. Out of principle, we do not charge for a separate course on this topic.
