STUDENT EDUCATION AGREEMENT, ENROLLMENT FORM, AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made between:
- The Student, who has registered through our online platform, and
- Advanced Naturopathy Institute (hereinafter referred to as “the Institution”).
By accepting this agreement, the Student acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. EDUCATION AND PROGRAM
1.1 The Student agrees to complete all modules, quizzes and/or assignments, and any other requirements as prescribed by the Institution to earn the Naturopathy Diploma or Health Coach certification.
1.2 The Institution will provide all necessary educational materials, support, and guidance during the course of the Student’s program.
1.3 The Student must follow the curriculum as set out by the Institution and adhere to all academic and conduct requirements.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY
2.1 Confidential Information: The Student acknowledges that during the course of their education, they will have access to certain confidential information, including educational materials, proprietary information, and business practices of the Institution.
2.2 Non-Disclosure: The Student agrees that, both during and after the term of their education, they will not disclose, use, or share any of the Institution’s documents and/or materials without prior written consent.
2.3 Purpose of Disclosure: Any disclosure of Confidential Information must be strictly for educational purposes related to the Student’s studies.
2.4 Materials Ownership: All materials provided remain the property of the Institution and are for the Student’s personal use only.
3. PAYMENTS AND FEES
3.1 The Student agrees to pay tuition as set forth by the Institution, either in full or via an installment plan.
3.2 Payment options include:
- Full payment for the entire program
- Payment in four (4) installments
4. TERM AND TERMINATION
4.1 Term: This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of the Student’s program.
4.2 Termination by Student: If the Student chooses to discontinue the program before completion, they will retain access to the modules and materials they have already received but will no longer receive any further course materials, support, or school documents from the Institution.
4.3 Refund Policy: Refunds are available only within 30 days of enrollment. Any accessed modules will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, all refunds will be subject to a 3% processing fee to cover credit card charges incurred at the time of payment. After 30 days, all fees are non-refundable.
4.4 Termination by Institution: The Institution reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and expel the Student for failure to comply with program terms or confidentiality obligations.
4.5 Non-Refundable Level-Based Purchases:
Students who enroll in the program through quarterly or level-based payments (e.g., purchasing Levels 1 through 4 individually) acknowledge that each level unlocks full access to its associated modules upon purchase. Due to immediate access to all materials in each level, payments made for individual levels are non-refundable.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
5.1 The Student agrees not to disclose any Confidential Information without written consent or unless required by law.
5.2 The Student acknowledges that unauthorized disclosure may cause irreparable harm, and the Institution may seek legal remedies including injunctive relief.
5.3 The Student agrees to indemnify and hold the Institution harmless for any breach of this Agreement.
6. GENERAL TERMS
6.1 This Agreement may only be amended in writing by the Institution.
6.2 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada.
6.3 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Student and the Institution regarding the subject matter.
