At the Advanced Naturopathy Institute (ANI), you won’t just gain a qualification, you’ll unlock a career grounded in deep clinical insight, scientific knowledge, and real-world clinical practices.
Unlike standard naturopathy programs, ANI’s curriculum is built over 2 decades of hands-on clinical experience and the most up-to-date scientific research. Every module is infused with methods that have been tested, refined, and proven effective in real-life practice, giving you the tools to confidently support clients from day one.
Our faculty includes world-class professionals such as, naturopathic doctors across Canada, clinical practitioners, and other seasoned naturopaths or health coaches, who bridge the worlds of science and holistic practice. You’ll learn from the best and be prepared to stand out in a growing field.
Mission
Ever since our establishment in 2016, our mission at the Advanced Naturopathy Institute, has always been to raise the standard of naturopathic and health coaching education and empowering the next generation of practitioners with the knowledge, confidence, and skill to make a real impact.
We exist to offer a higher level of training, where scientific integrity, hands-on experience, and professional excellence meet. As naturopathy and health coaching gains more recognition as a respected approach to wellness and prevention, the demand for well-educated, critically thinking practitioners has never been greater.
Unfortunately, many educational programs still rely on outdated material or lack the depth, clarity, and passion required for this evolving field. That’s where we’re different.
At ANI, we are committed to delivering only evidence-informed, current, and clinically relevant material. Our instructors are leaders in the industry, continuously upgrading their knowledge through seminars, advanced courses, and international symposiums and we pass that directly on to our students.

Meet Your Lead Instructors
Mauro Simonetti, ND, LMT, K.in., PICP 2
Mauro Simonetti is a seasoned Naturopath (N.D.) with a multidisciplinary background that spans natural health, nutrition science, fitness therapy, and manual therapy. He holds certifications in:
- Nutrition Science (Stanford University)
- BioSignature Hormonal Modulation (Level 2)
- Licensed Massage Therapy (LMT)
- Strength & Conditioning (PICP Level 2)
With over 15 years of experience in practice, Mauro has helped thousands of individuals through personalized protocols, fitness programs, and lifestyle planning. His work is rooted in both science and practice, combining advanced training with real-world application.
Mauro has led educational webinars and seminars across Quebec for leading nutraceutical companies and regularly coaches professionals in the health and wellness industry. His extensive background in competitive sports, including hockey, soccer, and martial arts, has shaped his unique approach to structural balance, performance, and long-term wellness strategies.
In 2015, Mauro was invited to establish what is now the Advanced Naturopathy Institute, Montreal’s first English-language online naturopathy school, now proudly offered in both English and French. His mission is simple: to elevate the standard of naturopathic education and empower others to create meaningful, lasting change in their communities.

Kayla D’Aloia, ND, K.in.
Kayla D’Aloia began her professional journey with an Honours degree in Sociology from Concordia University. Driven by a lifelong commitment to health and wellness, she chose to channel her passion for nutrition and human connection into the study of natural health.
She completed her studies at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, where she first met Mauro Simonetti, N.D. Under his mentorship, Kayla gained valuable hands-on experience and deepened her understanding of naturopathy through a practical, client-centered lens.
Since 2014, Kayla has worked directly with the public, earning a reputation for her ability to build strong, supportive, and lasting relationships with those she serves. She is also a founder of the Advanced Naturopathy Institute, where she now teaches and mentors the next generation of students.
In addition to her naturopathic practice under the Evolve brand, Kayla is also a certified strength trainer, offering private and semi-private training sessions from her personal studio gym. Passionate about lifelong learning, she continues to expand her knowledge through advanced courses and workshops, ensuring her clients and students benefit from the most up-to-date, evidence-informed approaches.
Kayla brings compassion, clarity, and grounded wisdom to everything she does, making her a trusted guide for both students and clients alike.
